Ingredients include 300 grammes of shelled peas, 300 grammes of pasta, 100 grammes of butter,

50 grammes of butter, one onion, salt and black pepper to taste, and salt to taste respectively.

Preparation First, finely chop the onion, and then sauté it in butter in a frying pan.

After adding the peas, season them to taste and let them simmer for three minutes. 

Pour in enough water to completely submerge the peas in the pot. Raise the heat to a low simmer.

Cook the pasta for the amount of time that is necessary for it to reach the al dente texture. If it ends up being too dry, add one cup of water that has been brought to a boil.
